Trading Terms & Conditions - Commercial Waste Services
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the
customer (“Customer”) and Onward Waste Ltd (“We, Our, Onward Waste”) regarding the provision of commercial waste services. By engaging in our services, the

Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Notice of agreement Termination: The Customer must provide Onward Waste with a minimum of one month’s written notice to terminate the agreement
  2. Bin Cleaning Fee: At the end of the contract, a one-time bin cleaning fee will be charged to the Customer.
    • Per 240 litre bin - £10.00 + VAT
    • Per 660 litre bin - £20.00 + VAT
    • Per 1100 litre bin - £30.00 + VAT
    • If you have multiple bins this fee is capped at £45.00 + VAT.
  3. Rescheduling and Delays: Onward Waste reserves the right to reschedule bin collections at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. While the collection may be delayed, the Customer will not miss out on a collection.
  4. Bin Ownership and Damages: The bin(s) provided by Onward Waste remains the property of Onward Waste Ltd. If the bin(s) is/are damaged during, or at the end of the service, and the Customer has been a client for two years, or less, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the bin(s).
  5. Waste Management: Any waste outside of the bin(s) will be placed into the empty bin(s) and emptied again, incurring an additional charge for the extra empty.
  6. Service Cancellation: Onward Waste reserves the right to cancel the service at any time without prior notice or explanation.
  7. Third-Party Bin Emptying: The Customer acknowledges that Onward Waste’s bin(s) cannot be emptied by a third party without prior written agreement from Onward Waste.
  8. Bin Access and Collection: Bins must remain accessible from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on the collection day. Failure to provide access may result in unsuccessful collections, which Onward Waste will not be held responsible for. If our drivers are unable to access the bins due to any obstruction, locked gates, or other access issues, the collection will be considered failed. Onward Waste shall not be held liable for failed collections resulting from restricted access to the bins. Efforts will be made to reschedule the collection, but Onward Waste cannot guarantee immediate rescheduling. 
  9. Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Delays in payment may result in interest being charged on a daily basis, suspension of the service, or termination of this agreement.
  10. Proper Use of Bins: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the bin(s) is/are not improperly used, overloaded, overfilled, or damaged. The bin(s) should never be placed on a public highway.
  11. Compliance with Waste Description: The Customer agrees to supply waste to Onward Waste in accordance with the description given in the Transfer Note.
  12. Liability of the Bin: Once the bin(s) is delivered to the Customer’s site, the Customer assumes full control and responsibility for the bin(s) and its placement. Onward Waste will not be held liable or responsible for any issues arising from the use of the bin(s).
  13. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By engaging in our commercial waste services, the Customer acknowledges that
they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of service outlined in
this Agreement.
